Montgomery Daniel, the "Carib Chief" knows the value of hard work to achieving success. Born in Sandy Bay, Montgomery worked to earn his education at Fancy Primary School, Georgetown Teachers College, and the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry, ultimately earning diplomas in General Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, and a Certificate in Agricultural Extension. Gomery has been putting his education to work in St. Vincent & The Grenadines for many years, since first joining the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture in 1975. And he continues that work today to revitalize the agricultural industry in North Windward.
Still finding time for some play, Gomery captains cricket teams and fishing boats, and he also enjoys singing and a good game of dominoes. Married and with two adult children, Gomery is a member of Holy Name church in Sandy Bay.
