✔ The Education Revolution in all its dimensions;
✔ Poverty Reduction and Reversing Undernourishment;

✔ The Construction and Rehabilitation of Police Stations all over St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the upgrading of the Coast Guard and Fire Service, and the strengthening markedly of the overall machinery, personnel, and facilities for the promotion of citizen security;
✔ The massive upgrading and boosting of all systems, processes, mechanisms, and personnel for Comprehensive Disaster Management, including the establishment and strengthening of the National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) and climate change mitigation/adaption measures such as sea and river defences;
✔ The saving, strengthening, and fleet renewal of LIAT, and leading the way in the setting up the “category one” Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority;
✔ The huge expansion and delivery of quality water and solid waste disposal services, including the further development of the Central Water and Sewerage Authority;
✔ The strengthening and modernisation of VINLEC; the delivery of enhanced and reliable electricity services; the practical elaboration of initiatives in the areas of energy efficiency and renewable energy, especially hydro, solar, and geothermal energy;
✔ The facilitation of the unfolding of a revolution in Information Communication Technology (ICT), including voice and data (internet) telecommunications at competitive prices in a liberalised environment;
✔ The facilitation of vastly improved ferry services between the Grenadine Islands and St. Vincent;
✔ The massive enhancements in the protection and promotion of the welfare of the elderly, women, and the family;
✔ A tremendous practical focus on the development of young people, sports and culture;
✔ The massive improvement in the provision of sports and cultural facilities throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines;
✔ A striking emphasis on the empowerment of the working people, farmers, and the fisherfolk;
✔ The bold, productive initiatives in agriculture, fisheries, manufacturing, tourism, ICT and educational tourism (medical schools, teaching of English to Spanish-speaking peoples);
✔ The remarkable advances in the regulatory regimes for banks, insurance companies, building and loan societies, credit unions, and international (off-shore) financial institutions;
✔ The reformation of the National Commercial Bank and its transformation into the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines;
✔ The strengthening and modernisation of the NIS;
✔ The sensible anti-austerity fiscal consolidation measures, blending practically prudence and enterprise;
✔ The further fortification of the independence and high quality of the judiciary;
✔ The dramatic improvement in special areas such as those north of the Dry River, North Leeward, and in the Grenadines;
✔ The multiple initiatives boosting “good governance”;
✔ The delivery of a quality, machine-readable e-passport & the protection of the integrity of our citizenship;
✔ Our leadership in deepening and extending regional integration;
✔ The strengthening immeasurably the bonds between our nation at home and that in the diaspora;
✔ The elaboration and implementation of a majestic foreign policy
