- Secured 100% debt forgiveness from Venezuela [for Petrocaribe debt], saving the Vincentian taxpayers millions
- Secured free and low-cost fertilizer from Morocco and Venezuela to support our farmers
- Secured the funding from the “Coalition of the Willing” to build the Argyle International Airport
- Provided opportunities for Vincentian students to obtain university degrees with scholarships from Cuba, Iran, Nigeria, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkiye, the United Kingdom, the United States and Venezuela – benefitting over thousands of students since 2001.
- Established full freedom of movement agreements with Barbados, Belize and Dominica, in accordance with the CARICOM Treaty of Chagauramas
